Tags for Hope Winnie the Pooh Motion Harness for dogs, size Medium, 1” width. Cute design with enduring Pooh, honey pots, a sage color, gold D and O rings, and black plastic buckles. This was too small for my dog. It was tried on briefly but never used or worn for more than a minute. Their website says size M fits a chest circumference of 26”-34”, but I would say 26”-31” is more accurate. My dog is 31.5” and I thought it was too tight so I ended up getting a bigger one. Retails for $59.99.
